Effect of non-invasive ventilator in combination with tiotropium bromide on pulmonary function and sleep quality of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

Purpose: To study the influence of non-invasive ventilator and tiotropium bromide on pulmonary function sleep quality patients with chronic obstructive disease (COPD) combined apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS).Methods: One hundred twenty COPD-OSAHS were selected randomly assigned to control group (CG) treatment (TG), 60 subjects in each group. Non-invasive therapy was used both groups, based conventional therapy, while added TG. Treatment effectiveness two groups evaluated compared.Results: Total significantly higher TG than CG. Post-therapy arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) partial pressure (PaO2) increased, carbon dioxide (PaCO2) lactic acid (Lac) decreased (p < 0.05). Post-treatment values indices lung function, viz, forced expiratory volume (FEV1), vital capacity (FVC) FEV1/FVC ratio corresponding pre-treatment levels, also CG Average time, apnea hypopnea index (AHI) mechanical ventilation time less those There lower levels Creactive protein (CRP), procalcitonin (PCT) interleukin-17 (IL-17) During treatment, no obvious adverse reaction seen groups.Conclusion: ventilator, combination bromide, is more effective use alone.
